At our partner plants, quality is not inspected in at the end — it is built in at every stage. Incoming materials are verified against mill certificates and sampled for hardness and composition before they reach the line. On the floor, CNC machining centers, automated stamping, welding and painting lines run under SPC process control, with first-article, in-line and final inspections at every critical step. In-house testing includes dimensional CMM measurement, material analysis, fatigue and performance bench tests — so non-conforming parts never leave the plant. Every finished part carries a traceable batch number, from raw-material heat lot all the way to the export carton.
